It has a beautiful deep pink color with fuschia undertones and has far more complexity in the nose (floral notes like hibiscus, juicy strawberries and raspberries, and some rain-fresh minerals) and mouth than ordinary white Pinot gris/Pinot grigio. It has more structure and power than the white, but drinks more like a rosé than a Pinot. It has a fine, silken texture, and a slightly spicy finish and has delicious pink energy.
