Where can I find the status of my order?
After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. You can check the status by clicking 'View your order' or you can log into your account on the top right corner of the homepage.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please call us within business hours at (850) 893-6705 so we can make sure to address your changes on time. Do not email us.
Can you get wines that aren't on your website?
Yes, absolutely. We will do our best to find any wine you are looking for. Please, email us at marketsquarewines@gmail.com with your inquiry. 
Can you help with the selection of wines for an event?
Yes, we love helping our customers select the appropriate wine for an occasion. We take the time to sit with our customers to understand what they are looking for. Please, email us at info@vinonueva.com or call us at (850) 893-6705 to schedule an appointment.
Do you ship nationwide?
We don’t ship to PO Box and restricted states. Please review our Shipping & Returns page.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Depends on your location and shipping method selected at check out. After placing an order, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can get an updated status.

Can I make changes to my shipment?
To make shipping changes on orders that have already shipped please contact the carrier directly. To make changes on orders that have not yet shipped, please call us at (850) 893-6705. Do not email us.
What happens if I am not home to receive the package?
A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted, the carrier will attempt to re-deliver. After 3 attempts, you may be subject to a charge for a missed delivery.
